It is saying "We're sorry. You can't access this item because it is in violation of our Terms of Service." I read a little on the terms of service and saw that the admin of the google sheet can appeal for review. So request to the admin to try that out. If it doesn't work out, can someone who has that sheet downloaded/admin himself paste it on a new excel sheet or zoho sheet whatever works!
It honestly does not make any sense how putting out salary numbers is a violation, but yeah we gotta find an alternative as I suppose it has been down for about 3 months now.
