One interesting aspect here, of course, is Mehta’s own evolving interest in the affairs of Rajasthan High Court and the fact that each of his letters has found its way to the public.
Any insights as to whether this ongoing controversy over Sharma’s judicial conduct is simply a case of alleged illegalities now getting belatedly revealed or is there more to it than just that?
Is it possible that this controversy is also a part of some kind of turf war going on in both the Rajasthan High Court and the Supreme Court of India?
