Do you solemnly agree to all of the above?

- Muslims increasing by a big number annually
- OBCs increasing by a humungous number annually
He says the third statistic is humanly impossible and hints at GCs being reclassified as OBCs.
If this is the case, then can we infer:
- This is happening mostly in the Hindi belt, given the demographics and Mandal politics?
- That the OBC quota is being dominated by this region?
- That a lot of the OBCs are reclassifed GCs?
