I aim to work in a GC team at a Tier 1 / Tier 2 law firm (although Capmarks will also do). What's your advice for me. Should I do paralegalships/ assessment internships after graduation to build more credibility and try to convert it into an A0 position? Or should I just apply as an associate directly after graduation?

If you currently don't have referral, search for one among your contacts / extended network, or make new friends/connections who might give you a referral
