Do you solemnly agree to all of the above?
Iām specifically looking for a senior who is willing to teach, involve me in matters, and give me genuine exposure to drafting, court appearances and arguments. Iām not looking for a role where I only assist with research or paperwork I want to learn litigation from the ground up, take responsibility, and eventually be entrusted with handling matters independently.
If you know of any good advocates or chambers in Mumbai who are known for mentoring juniors and providing meaningful courtroom exposure, I would be extremely grateful for any leads or recommendations.
