What about institutions that don't learn from repeated mistakes?
No. We refer to us as We. We are gods. We are all powerful. Get the hint! Live in fear.

Defamatory if one can prove that the statements are untrue.
What is the August payout scene? Methinks more to be added once that payout (or lack thereof) happens.
Yeah. They should stop advising these ostriches with their heads in the sand.
See the numbers. They speak for themselves.
CAM HR are a bunch of nincompoops. They are only there for show. Are of no help. Worst HR of all. They make exits really painful. Oh and not to mention threats.
You should be MP before RS definitely knowing more about how to do the business?!
Two guys came but then see who left and who came.
Lalagiri does not work in phoren. Most foreign clients are used to a different law firm setup which is far removed from what they are. Ask the people in their foriegn offices on how much work is flowing from there.
Yeah right. When dragons resurrect themselves.
CAM does not advise. Its lawyers advise. If the lawyers move then the expertise also moves. Till when will you beat that hollow drum>?
Anandita Kaushik and Ashwin Sapra as well.

"clients buy CAM for cover" is a ridiculous statement to make. Every client needs legal representation/advice, and CAM is the best
I’ve heard the main boss is leaving and passing the throne to his children.

No one except one/ two people have a say in how that place is run. If anyone else thinks that someone else has a say then they are mistaken.
Somebody respects RB? Which league will he belong to?
Its good to see CAM HR finally come here and respond. If only they also did their job properly.
This is what happens when you have non-lawyers having too much say in how a law firm is run.
Nobody asks the only question that matters, how does CAM’s senior attrition since January compare to SAM, Trilegal, AZB, KCO etc over the same window, or to CAM’s own historical rate?
We all know their report will say cut costs by firing associates and maximizing AI usage.
No wonder when the big man wants some corporate/m&a partner for Singapore no one wants to move or relocate. Recruiters randomly calling to fill this but seems no one wants to join them too !
The amount of time ive heard clients curse CAM. Lol.
You can hire all the brainy bains you want. When you won't heed to their advice, what's the point.
Pass the doobie on the left hand side. Seriously how blind can one be to not see the writing on the wall.
A bunch of partners just joined CAM from SAM last month though.
We know how the long tail narrative played out a few years ago, as advised by Bain, just cause you grow horns doesn’t mean jack.

It is a toxic place the worst India has seen in legal services. Enough and more established, known by all. Delulu works for you !
CAM is not the biggest firm in India, certainly not by a mile.
Internship callback ka stipulated clause hai kya aise sab likhna?
abe thoda kaam kar lo yaar yahaan billable khatam nahi ho rahe ap alag pro bono dd karwa rahe ho
JK JK but the task is a billable tbh
Despite all that’s happening, there has not been a single partners meeting called for to either announce the imminent or discuss the firm. They don’t even treat the partners as partners. It’s all pure business. Partners and associates learn of developments at the same time.
Are you also suggesting that RC was not billing much? She was practically the lifeline of the Bangalore office.
Are you serious? Is this because of the YA/ML rift?
So you are saying Ravindra Bandakavi wasn't billing much? Come on, CAM has IFC because of him. Have some shame please.
In talks, you will see SAM to CAM as well.
They’ve hired bain/mckinsey to introspect and prepare a report on how to reduce attritions. As if consultants have ever been helpful in such situations.
Can anyone identify the partners. Who left and where did they go. Did they leave with their teams. What happens to the clients and matters.

AS, SP not at all in same league.... RC is pure conjecture
Is it fair to say that SAM treats its partners better than CAM? We have seen several partners moving from CAM to SAM, including the recent ones, but hardly any instances of partners leaving SAM to join CAM.
Yes, him too, talks are happening. Among others. Formal announcement soon !
20+ partners left since 2026 beginning.

10-12% of the partnership wiped out, many biggies.

More than 200 lawyers/non lawyers also have left.

Everyday 1 person leaving, in last 7.5 months.

Mass exodus coming by Diwali post 30% bonus.
