2023 grad: all included is between 24 and 30 (depending on bill share)
which firm is paying 28 fixed, pls drop the name - that’s absolutely crazy
Can confirm that 35L (28 + 7) is accurate for A3 at Trilegal, however it's the highest (4 rating) pay band.
Do you know of any disputes vacancies in Trilegal Delhi?
this seems accurate but how is the jump to A3 so huge
Contingent on getting a 4 rating (which is not frequent) - discretion is with your reporting partner , and still requires that you have billed ~1800+ hrs while still doing non billable work (bd, articles etc) and also attending all the CLE sessions
KCO Noida Corporate pool (2024 grad): 1.75pm. Bonus not sure
What is ballpark of bonus, min to max and something which is the norm
no one writes comp numbers after tax bro, it is all refundable anyway
JSA - Mumbai - B&F/ Corp (sorry can’t be specific)

18 L (fixed) + 6-8 L (bill share) + 5 L (bonus)
any idea about azb? have heard a1 is 1.5L/ month, a2 is 1.7L/ month and a3 is 1.85L/ month - pls confirm someone
Yes that's true for Noida. The bonus can go up to 50% so the total comp is comparable to other T1s, though there is a much larger tilt towards variable
these numbers are more or less accurate for AZB Mumbai
A2 AZB Noida/ Delhi - 1.55L per month and 30-50% annual bonus. Almost 28L
A3 at JSA

Made about 31-31.5L as an A2 (including bill share)
CAM is worse at A3, probably lowest of all tier ones. It's paying around 22+7. Market rate would be 25+8
The only accurate number in this thread apart from Trilegals 4rated A2 being 28.
Also, cam top band at 35.75 and tri top band at 35.- A3 levels.
This is actually accurate, why are you all so cluelessly down voting this kid?
SAM - Delhi - Corp

A3 (last year) - 24.8 (fixed) + 7 (bonus).
