Let me assure you most male married partners have unhappy lives and wives and would be tethered only for the sake of their kids. And most juniors if they feel someone is coming on to them know how to avoid these situations. Youre law associate and cant be this ditzy.
I am sure Wachtell will deal with this because its now public. Thankfully, American orgs will also realize this is between the male partner and his husband. Quite hard for the junior to say i was coerced when youre liplocked in the middle of central park.
It's absolutely impossible for her to be an adult who can make her own decisions and her own mistakes, and an extremely intelligent and successful professional at a law firm where the starting salary is like $500,000 per year, who chose of her own free will to have an adult relationship with her boss, either because she was genuinely attracted to the intelligent, powerful law firm partner, or because she thought she might get some career advantage out of it. It's also impossible for colleagues (even bosses and subordinates) to date and get married and have successful relationships - it's always only the man taking advantage of the weak and helpless woman.
Why hasn't this man been arrested and executed yet??? There's video proof of his actions!!
