Oh please, nowadays they take a senior even for seeking an adjournment, let alone argue bail.
Please ask your partner the difference in argument at the stage of remand and bail, you will see what everyone on this thread is talking about.
These partners you talk about 'securing bail' are briefing the counsel who actually argues. Partners with 10+ years of 'court experience' are usually only confident in taking dates or keeping back matters as the arguing counsel is busy before xyz court :((
Yeah, and those partners are the ones arguing.

Also, a white-collar case is nowhere comparable.
Comments here reek of jealousy. The white collar litigation teams and other dispute teams regularly secure things like bail before magistrate court for PMLA/ED/GST offences. Don't know what you are talking about
Tier one firms routinely do complex white collar work and litigation which involves regularly getting bail before ED/GST authorities etc. I have seen several partners whose names appear on these orders / judgments of HC/SC
Firm se chup ke yeh bagawat ki hai humne bhi 🫢
Lolol.

T1 lawyers are great at emails.

Perhaps even better at briefing notes.

And decent at passive aggressive negotiation.

Watch them stand before a court to see them shudder.
The lawyer mentioned in this post is a Tier 1 lawyer
lol. so true. Get a lit lawyer please, if you want proper representation.
Absolutely ridiculous comment. T1 lawyers are the best lawyers in the country, not like your random run of the mill advocates/aors. Why will they not be able to provide assistance here when they do complext litigation and advisory all the time?
It is in the best interest of the students and their own well being that T1 law firm lawyers do not offer any pro bono services or any legal aid
They lack the balls to do it. A lot of advocates and AORs offering legal aid tho
Same as title. Are any T1 law firms offering pro bono services for any legal aid for police/students?
