Khaitan removed 1.3 lakh bonus after clearing AIBE. Disappointed offer letter is coming a week after joining w/o being informed of this changeπŸ™„
Shame. It means after the increase to 21LPA, CAM is the paymaster!!
Who told you CAM increased the pay? No such communication by the firm as of now
KCO still would be at 21.2 so if CAM is exactly at 21, it's not the paymaster.
21 LPA for a fresher? That is objectively a lot. No wonder it is difficult for firm people to leave the lifestyle it affords. And then they crib about being treated as 'slaves'.
Have they increased base pay though for 2026/2027? What is the final salary breakup for A0s?
Source from recruiting partner . 18(fixed) + 3(bonus) - CAMπŸ‘‘
This right after the AIBE results were out? And people were probably looking forward to it to clear loans or something important. Ew
As opposed to clearing those loans a month later?
They have not reduced the total compensation though. My guess is, since now AIBE passing and enrollment happens in July itself due to 2-attempts. The 1.3L has now been made as a 1yr work completion bonus.
