We want LI to be one of the friendliest places on the internet, where lawyers and law students help each other with their career related queries and occasionally discuss other stuff that might affect their lives too. In other words:
1. Be kind, respectful and helpful to each other.
2. Be bona fide, truthful, genuine and curious.
3. Assume the best intention of others.

All of us marinate in this misery but 2 saal mein sab theek ho jayega kuch nahi hota - all it indicates is that after 2/3 years you would get to do unto others what was done to you.
It sucks. It will continue to suck. There will be days/months where you may be better off but the terrible days will more than compensate for them. Hold on for as long as you can or want to. Everybody works in firms only for the money.
Thankyou.
