thoughts? similar to the pupillage or even the sqe in UK? do you think it would improve the overall quality of legal professionals in the country? Of course, this would have to be supported with mandatory stipend (at a liveable wage) for trainees, perhaps a requirement for chambers and firms to offer a minimum number each year to keep up with the number of law graduates. In the long term I think a 3+3 programme should be mandatory as well, but that's a discussion on the legal education side of it. I'm curious about the thoughts of practitioners.
