Do you solemnly agree to all of the above?
I interned there recently and received very positive feedback from one of the associates. On my last day, they even asked me to speak with HR to understand the callback process and if there was anything I needed to do from my end.
About a month later, I called HR and was told that my team hadn't submitted any feedback yet, which I understand isn't very uncommon.
I then reached out to the same associate, who advised me to contact my mentor/PA. When I did, my PA asked me to tell him everyone I had worked with and said he'd check with the team.
The next day, he himself texted me asking whether I had worked with any other PAs or partners, which I replied to immediately. That was last Thursday, and I haven't heard back since.
I was honestly hoping I'd receive some update or an email today, but it's been complete silence. I also sent him a polite follow-up asking if there was anything I should be doing from my end and whether there were any updates, but I haven't received a response yet.
At this point, what would you suggest I do? Should I wait a few more days, follow up again, or reach out to HR once more? I'd really appreciate any advice, especially from people who've gone through the callback process at SAM.
