Keep trying to get in touch with the HR and ask them to give you some sort of a response, be it positive or negative. Subtly tell them (via msg if your calls are unanswered) that you have to plan stuff based on this
Will do this. But usually what is the time one should wait for after an A0 Interview. As I don't want to miss deadlines on my other commitments, if in case I don't get responses for follow ups too, when should I consider this opportunity missed?
In my case it's for an A0 position and I've been only interviewed once. Were you interviewed for A0 and it took 60 days?
Yes, A0. 45 days for the whole process (1st round, 2nd round and offer)
can some HR come and tell what takes them so so long to respond. Despite interview going decent, have been following up for two weeks now? what sort of joke is this?
Which firm was the interview for? Was it a fresher or lateral interview?
Exactly, had the same question. If it's for a fresher position, how long should a candidate wait?? Do firms like KCO, Cam & Tri even bother to send rejections??
CAM does send out rejection mails post interviews. Not sure about the others.
If this was for a associate role, it some cases it has taken a month to respond. So keep following up through mails or texts.
Guys it has been weeks now and still no response neither no rejections. Can't they just respond and say no?
Wait up till the one month mark and then mail the HR ccing the interviewing partner. Wait a week. Then take the hint.
