Only exception: international arbitration. That IS very portable and basically the same everywhere. But it is a very closed international clique. It's not a question of putting in applications to foreign arbitration firms - they will be thrown away without being read.
If you put in 2-3 years working for one of the top arbitration lawyers in India, learn about the field, build relationships with foreign lawyers etc, and basically do a lot of good networking, you have a chance.
