DSNLU have air-conditioned hostels, mess, classrooms etc..
AC is required only in locations where temperature crosses 40 degrees for more than 30 days in a year (less than 30 days can be adjusted during semester break schedule)
That's terrible for your health in the long term.
MNLU Nagpur, Centralized Air Conditioned Hostel.
Some rooms have central AC as well. I used to work there and the room used to become like Shimla in peak summer.

45 degrees outside, 15 inside.
NLUJ allowed you to get ACs installed in the room. A friend used to connect his AC to a wifi operated switch. He used to turn it on just as classes got over and be greeted by a chilled room. Ah good days!
It depends on the location. Delhi and Jodhpur in summer are not liveable without AC.
Bhai tu ek kaam kar... ghar pe baithke mastt distant learning karle... ghar ka khana AC sab milega... job bas nahi milegi but comfort jyada zaroori hai.
In T1, NLUD and NLUJ have it.
NALSAR NLS NUJS GNLU don't.
