I have saved up about 1Cr for the flat but the destination still seems far away. You don't find anything good (1200 sq ft) for less than 6cr nowadays and for couples where both are not earning partner salaries I have no idea how people are affording 4-5lakh EMIs, especially with a child in int school and annual holidays. Am I just better off renting my 3bhk for 1.7L instead?
