Good work is enough at your level. Just get your foot in, You will learn the language once you are in that environment dw.
Communication skill is important. People won't generally care about your accent, and use of simple English (which is grammatically correct) is what matters. Really polished English is not a requirement for most firms and teams.
My spoken English is pretty average and I have an accent. I just wanted to knowif Tier 1 firms usually prefer people with really polished English, or is good work enough to bag a ppo?
