FYI she is from one of the top 3 NIRF NLUs and probably the #1 firm. Learn to appreciate instead of being jealous and demeaning people. She is someone who makes use of every minute of her time and doesn't waste it on unproductive things. It's something we need to learn.
I spent 10 years in a T1. It was a mess -- let her grow and see what happens.
You guys make decisions and judgements in 5 seconds.
Plus, there are exceptions to the rule always.
All in all, she clocks in around 6-7 hours of work in an entire day and droolers like you march in, saying 'we need to learn'. Oh, the irony!

Piece of advice, guys โ learn to appreciate people who are happy and successful. Try to be happy and successful yourself, instead of hating.
