From the outside, the matters seem quite interesting, but once you're there, you realise that many of the cases are 5–10 years old and are either not getting listed or have no effective hearings. The partners also tend to micromanage everything, even the emails you draft.
A funny incident: one of the associates vetted a contract using ChatGPT and then sent it to the partner saying they weren't sure about it. The partner simply replied, "Go ahead," without even reading it, and then asked me to proofread it because I had prior general corporate internships at Tier 1 firms.
Before making that kind of commitment, I wanted to get a better sense of the pay, work culture, and overall environment at the firm. I saw that the firm is ranked in Legal 500, but I couldn't find much information online or many people associated with Rautray on LinkedIn. Any insights would be really helpful.??????
