I am a Female Advocate with approximately 2 years of experience in commercial litigation and arbitration, currently working with a disputes-focused law firm in Delhi.
My work primarily involves:
• Commercial and civil litigation before various courts and tribunals, including the Delhi High Court and APTEL
• Arbitration proceedings and related court matters
• Drafting pleadings, petitions, written submissions, applications, and legal opinions
• Contractual and regulatory disputes, particularly in the infrastructure and power sectors
• Court appearances, client coordination, and matter strategy
