I wanna know:
1. Before covid did anyone use so, or
Laptop in courtroom? What was the reaction of the judges then?
2. Ipads became common after covid, but exactly when? Which years especially? So far aa i know delhi bar was the first to adopt it, both hc and sc, then slowly followed by other hcs within a year or two max
3. If liquidtext was available on android tabs as well, would they be more prominent than ipads today?
4. For those who got the opportunity to work with both, physical briefs and ipads, which one is better and how did the transition go about for u? Was it difficult? What do u miss about physical briefs or any thing u want from the earlier times?
5. From personal experience i can say most briefs today recieved in most well to do chambers are virtual
Good 90-95 percent. Rarely one or two physical. Most chambers are paperless. What does the future look like? Will it continue to be like this? What do you all think? Esp those who transitioned from physical to digital briefs
