1. Be kind, respectful and helpful to each other.
2. Be bona fide, truthful, genuine and curious.
3. Assume the best intention of others.

People working/have worked/acquainted with their work - would you suggest applying? I am fine with a cut of upto ten percent, given that the switch is actually worth it and the people there are not assholes to work with. I am also due a promotion next year, so would not want to fumble my chances and trajectory for nothing. Genuine advice, details and help please. Thanks!
As someone who knows a bit about them through an acquaintance, the vacancy arose because they are holding promotions. This person too worked at a T-1 and has a good amount of experience and a decent profile, yet their growth was stalled. Make of it what you will.
appreciated
Thanks
