Those who are contesting this should name such faculty along with their CV or publication list link.
GNLU is T1? Says who? It still doesn't have a single good faculty of repute in any domain.
Higher batch size doesn't mean better alumni network. Otherwise NLS with its puny earlier batches would have had a bad network. On the contrary, it's the best among all NLUs. Quality counts, not numbers.
Yes but their batch size has been historically low.
Therefore even less alumni in the field.

Take the 2nd youngest T1, GNLU, they had a higher batch size and therefore better alumni network.
Why did u hide in NLIU over GNLU ?
GNLU is easily better than NLIU. NLIU folks try to go to GNLU via vacancy.

NLIU is not what it was

Who has the biggest batch size this year? That too continues to be NLSIU. Considering that people with VS form less than 5% of any batch, that's not really a metric to be considered in isolation.
This guy runs the university. The buck literally stops with him when something is going wrong there. Students have protested multiple times under his tenure. You trying to paper over all that because you love his academic CV isn't fooling anyone.
Who got the max no. of vac schemes and TCs this year? Unless my understanding of the data is wrong, that continues to be NLSIU.
To the extent my wording is "trollish", it is so because I am tired of people like you constantly attacking this guy by proxy of his university's reputation. I have decided to fight fire with fire. Enough is enough.
Err... NLUD has been around for 18 years now. Hardly just starting out anymore, compared to NUJS' or NLUJ's 26 years.
You have no idea about most of the parameters, so this list isn't really worth anything.

It's because trolls like you are obsessed with Sudhir's achievements from two decades back, rather than concerned with the state of the university under his leadership in the last five years.

Why? Is that because you failed to get the Rhodes Scholarship in the same year that Sudhir Krishnaswamy succeeded, or because Paul Craig rudely rebuffed your request for DPhil supervision, while accepting Krishnaswamy's?

NLUJ is literally the best when taking an overall review- campus life, food, placements, moots, ADR's, fests, hostel life.
NLS is no longer tier 1 be it in terms of infra or placement.

1. JGLS

2. IIT Kharagpur

3. 5-6 State law colleges aka Tier 1 NLUs

10. DU

11. 2-3 State law colleges aka Tier 2 NLUs, tied with GLC Mumbai

15. ILS

16. BHU/AMU/Jamia

17. Remaining Tier 4 NLUs
Lol, that's been the wet dream of Ganloos since the last decade, but it's still a dream.
Tier 1:

1. NLSIU

Tier 1.5:
2. NALSAR

3. NLUD

4. NUJS (promoted from tier 2 because the TMC will no longer be running the college)

5. GNLU

6. JGLS

7. NLUJ

Tier 2:

8. NLIU

9. MNLU - M

10. RGNUL
You all aren't ready for this discussion. In terms of pure Tier 1 placements and PPOs, GLC, Mumbai gets a shot at the top 6 easily.
GNLU and NLUJ don't have better faculty either compared to the other NLUs named.
