Personally, I've found the JNLUD to be interesting. I read it regularly though not fully. There's indconlawphil, but that's not really it.
NUJSLR, SCO, and articles on Bar and Bench (somehow I feel it has better quality than LiveLaw) - the regular articles of SA Arvind Datar lend credibility too.
OJLS, NLSIR, SLR, and American Journal of Legal History. I read other journals as well but only if they have carried articles on a topic that I am interested in
