A CS qualification (even intermediate) will help in GC track as opposed to a partner tag
Majority of NIFTY 100 GCs were NOT firm partner. Data speaks for itself.
Plenty of people become GC after PA. It all depends on your work ex and how broad your CV is. If you have that caliber as a PA, then you can become a GC. However, its not as smooth as transitioning from a Partner to a GC.
LLM qualification is more important than being Partner.
If someone who have 4-5 PQE join a inhouse role, can he/she become a GC. Is it necessary to become a Partner In a Tier 1 Law firm to become a GC in MNC? Can you climb up the ladder after just few years of experience in Law firm
