Your firm will most likely have a POSH committee and redressal mechanism. Please approach a committee member that you are comfortable with. Most firms take such matters seriously, and at the least, the relevant people will be spoken to.
On your second question, it would not be fair to generalise.
I knew a girl who “uglified” herself like you and wore a ring on her finger. She said no one bothered her after that.
