There was barely any mentorship by the senior leadership, and they were let to sink or swim on their own for the most part.
While some colleagues were half decent, consider the extremely high attrition rates I wouldn't be surprised if they've also left by now.
I understand the PPO/Assessment anxiety, especially in the final year of law school but don't make this your sole option, do try and look for greener (or atleast saner) pastures.
