You're a educated gawar sorry to say who thinks that politicians have the intention of improving the current system. Legal system here is worse than the political one by miles. You cannot even question the privilege enjoyed by the top legal dynasties here.

Won't comment on your political learnings and logic because one has the right to believe in things they want to believe but current party is worst as far as nepotism is concerned. Government panels cough SKS, Sports Boards, Corporation Boards and studying/settling abroad while doing absolutely nothing for improving the quality of life and focusing on Hindu-Muslim.

A certain lawyer with hardly four years’ experience was placed on the Union of India A Panel and given 5,904 cases. As a BJP voter, I am rather disappointed. I got no work when the Congress was in power. I assumed: coalition government = patronage of a certain few. I don't stand a chance. I voted for change and hoped the purported Modi effect would resonate across the board. I hoped the Ministry of Law and Justice under the BJP would support my career, and give me a fair opportunity with panel work. It didn’t. I never got in!

I am an independent lawyer. I have earned every Tier 1 law firm role I secured and every client referral. I even graduated from a Tier 1 university. How is it that when I apply for any government panel, I get zilch, whereas people with no prior experience or credentials get empanelled, and receive sarkar work worth crores of rupees?
