Just curious how a lot of salaried partners survive - years of added work hours, cumulative stress and rainmaking pressure to get to equity - plus personal life stuff including some managing a baby with both being partners? Like how?
The extremely high and fairly stable income helps i guess?
Are you sure about that pyramid scheme thing. Don't associates get to do the grunt work, while the higher up SAs and PAs have more pressure. Also do the SPs really have a relaxed time compared to an A0 or SAs and PAs? Don't they have to be responsible to the clinents
Lucky you. I wish my life were this good as a SP.
Yes, it is hard to manage everything but the happiness in client's face makes it worth it. It is like a doctor saving a dying patient and bringing them back to life.

It reminds me that the only thing standing between justice and injustice is my corporate law firm.
If you are in a team where work and clientele is weak or if your EP is creating obstacles or doesn’t support you then yes your life is a hell.
I say β€œBhiksha Dehi” and I get money..

You walked into this with your eyes wide open. Surely you must know that this is what the job entails and that this doesn't get any easier.
The only true response. Invest and take a break, you won’t regret it:)
Why are you doing this? Is it worth it? Losing time with your family? Isn't taking some pay cut for WLB a better decision?
