Ira Law gives you chance to argue preliminary applications before judge in DHC etc provided you have gained there trust ofcourse.
Anand - never seen anyone except 2-3 partners argue.
Sujata Choudhary- only seen Urfee seen arguing.
Sagar Chandra - again only seen the guy argue or senior. KCO - almost always takes senior. rarely does the partner argue. NL team you may still get a chance - but thats just by luck. ASL team no chance.
Sai Krishna - usually SK only does, not sure if other partners or juniors get a chance.
Chadha & Chadha, is just starting their litigation team v nascent
Obhan - have seen one SA argue, but she's been there since forever, nobody else apart from her. EO barely knows how to argue himself, let alone will let any junior handle.
the unfortunate thing about IP is - there are so many reputed seniors who just dont want to get out of the field. and the others are still upcoming and so insecure about their position in the field that they wouldnt trust anyone else to take the lead or handle anything. so as a junior you are left all by yourself. AND THE WORST PART, IP is not a very complex field of law, so there are random advocates coming in & arguing as if they know the law as well as IP lawyers.
