2 - Depends how you look at it. CAM does diligence work primarily. SAM does some good advisories, but doesn't have that much work. Spice route's Fintech team does a lot of advisories, but TMT team basically does corporate work for TMT clients.
3 - Spice Route has seen more exits than anyone. The other two are on par with T1 culture.
4 - Stay long enough, and you'd get promoted anywhere. That said, CAM has a bigger team so comparatively an easier route vs SAM. Haven't seen someone I know stay long enough at Spice Route, so no idea that way.
