As reported by TS on LinkedIn, DA and ELP are creating a new law firm. So all your worries end.
That's fine. What about bringing back only relevant part?
It was removed at the request of OP to avoid outing themselves to the firm via personal details disclosed.
Shift with your partners to the advisory firm. The market isn't good right now.
LI - can you please bring the original facts of OP back to understand the point being discussed in its true intended sense? Alternatively, OP, can you please restate your original post.
Hi OP this side,

Revitalizing this thread again

Can anybody share there experience of switching practice areas?

Really need to switch from Indirect tax, any tips or experiences would help

Thanks
Hi I am facing similar issue, can anyone help me with some names of the seniors or advocates who practice in mix of everything and not restricted to one sort of practice area. I wish to get exposure to understand which area of law interests me
I still have interest in IDT, but I can't remain in one subject of law.

Do you have any suggestions on chambers who does commercial adr or other general laws and pay is more than say 30- 40?
Exactly, I completely agree with you. Do you have any suggestions as to which firms or chambers would be a good place for me to get this type of exposure -full fledged litigation and the pay is also fair, if not equal to/ more than my current salary?
What made you think to switch from IDT to arbitration ? Because IDT is very lucrative in terms of independent practice
