I stopped wearing a watch, few months post joining a T1. Best decision ever. Now I don't keep a track of my time, and is available 24x7 to serve the firm.
Everyone in my team wears an Apple Watch. I wear ultra but my partner has SE3. I convinced her to get the watch.

If you cannot even afford a Patek or RM, do not bother. We shall look down upon you.
Just because you can does not mean you should. Dummy.
No it is not. Get a grip on your finances you retard.
Unhelpful comment by me but Hamilton is Tissot level.
Do it. No one cares- because most of the people won’t have a clue about the brand. Really. Infact people may otherwise appreciate it as well. It’s fine.
Wear a casio. I am sure that people will respect you more if you do so.
I used to wear a Patek perpetual calendar as an intern some years ago. Nobody even noticed, much less said anything. You're overthinking this.
I mean brands like entry level Tudor or Longines/ Rado/ Hamilton/ Oris. Will it be considered too flashy?
