hours logged and recovered by the salaried partner like any other PA SA and A and hence if the salaried partner works with a team he or she will not meet targets since someone else is executing most of it.
Understandably, the new partner is not happy with his situation. He’s relying on interns and keeps on borrowing associates from other teams. I’m curious if anyone else has witnessed something like this.
