I completed the 1st test and now, am moving towards the second assessment. Can you tell me what practice areas should I choose ? And how to proceed with the assessment?

I have received the Trilegal Assessment - 1 link. Can anyone shed some light as to how should I prepare for it? And since my practice area is GC, what kind of questions can they ask in the Assessment?
Please help your own friend out. It would mean a lot.
