Mr Sunder Khatri who is an advocate and insolvent professional. Good grasp at NCLT practice.
Why people discuss tribunals. Commercial side of DHC has brilliant mentors and counsels.

Early phase should focus on either trial courts or higher courts. Traditional legal practice is always a success.
If you want to join someone young at NCLAT, you can join Mr. Abhishek Anand and Mr. Anuj Tiwari.
People leave T1 for litigation. Plunge many people take.

You have to distinct between high court and nclt like tribunals. Hardly few are operating both places. If few have matters both places then it is best option.

Adv. Tom Marvalo Riddle , Chamber of Secrets , London.
Delhi scene is bad. Mumbai and Kolkata has many great chambers. Delhi it’s all about some random law firms operating as chambers.
Samar Bansal, Samiksha Godiyal, Satyajit Sarna, Jai Endlaw.
Worked two years in T2 law firm, now exhausted and wanted to get into a good reputed chamber with good drafting and learning opportunity. Looking for good suggestions. Not very senior or about to become judge or gown types. Salary cut not an issue.
