India's problem is mismanagement of resources. Mismanaged investment of national money and resources.
A fat and greedy and gluttonous upper class which controls and hoards wealth and invests in the wrong assets. And most of all rent seeking behaviour from them and the government.
All the above keeping the lower classes deprived and uneducated and dumb. Not to mention a culture which promotes it intrinsically - Caste System.
I believe you're some 15 year old or some intellectually challenged person who can't apply their mind. Calling it overpopulation is just crazy.
