Regarding 'magazines', if you want to publish on forums such as The Leaflet, Bar and Bench, Live Law, bar association/council publications etc then you can just send whatever you have written to them and then they will take a call on whether to publish it or not. The same is true for law journals published by universities though the calibre of writing expected from writers by law journals is much higher as compared to other forums.
