Do you solemnly agree to all of the above?
Primarily those who are actually completely first gen and have no well established advocates in their family, while on the other hand there are also first gens whose parents are not lawyers but they have one of their blood relatives as a well established advocate and even if they enter litigation, they will get the benefits of a 2nd gen.
P.S. - One of my batchmates relative is standing cousel for government in gujarat high court. He claims to be first gen like me but he has done his internships since 1st year under top notch adovcates and even 1 High court judge.
Welp guess life is unfair and unfairer in law school.
