See, that's the problem with boomers- you think we have problems with doing work. We don't have a problem with work but the toxic conditions around it- shouting/misbehaving with juniors, fake deadlines/urgency, not allocating work till last minute even though it came to you a week ago, the mindset to always be "available", even on holidays (like we are some IAS officers whose unavailability on their paid leave will fuck the country up), etc....to name a few.
