If not Ashish, then Ajoy , great guy but has his quirks. Team is solid, good knowledgable seniors , great mentors and great human beings.
Shashank is a very sweet partner but team is ▮▮▮. Same for Swati, excellent human being but team is cut throat ▮▮▮. The downside to these teams are that no one will guide you, but everyone will throw you under the bus, more like survival of the fittest and also very narrow and repetitive work. If you going there be ready for the worst.

Anup rawat - great guy and even more great if you’re a cricket lover. Jokes apart, good team and man gets very solid work in IBC, CHECK out latest reported judgments on IBC, you’ll know.
Dave Robinson - good jollly guy but not seen his team much, so can’t comment but one partner muzzamil he’s v good

Partners, like Shashank, though technically counted as disputes, do mostly advisory work for an IT sector client. Same can be said about Swati, although she does more litigation work, however, it's the same type of intermediary liability matters. Varun also primarily does these type of matters, and he doesn't even do much advisory work, ▮▮▮. Shally is the EP overseeing the Varun, Swati, Shashank vertical and has a small litigation team of her own too. Shally is more more rounded litigator and AoR. Her core team does a wider array of matters. Basically, Shally took over the vertical from TK after his elevation.
