Came across a Linkedin post mentioning salary of Kirkland Ellis partner's salary upwards of 100 Crores INR. That's crazy amount compared to Indian counterparts. Can people shed light on this?
It's the richest firm in the world. Their equity partners earn that much. American legal market is much larger than the Indian one even after adjusting for PPP
American firms dont have greedy egoistic lalas sitting on top.
Logon ka paisa rok rok kar daba ke bana rahe hain.
How long does it take to become equity partner in these firms? Also, what's the non-LLM route to transition to these firms? Would be really grateful if you could shed light on this. OP here.
Bhai PPP wise also US Biglaw pays more than Indian ones. You can check the stats.
Salaried partners don’t make anywhere as much.
