14.4L (fixed) and 2.6L (bonus)

bill share after completing one year in the firm
Did they give the offer letters/ salary intimation mail yet?
it was until last 2024 bhai, 2025 onwards the a0s are getting this. plus a1 bonus comp is 3.5 lakhs and a 5-6 lakh bill share.

if you are making less than this speak with your ep why he is fleecing you
5-6 + 3.5 + the fixed is an insane pay ngl, whats the catch?
not insane bro it is just a bit more than other t1s if you are in a nice team. no catch - the bosses might be a tad bit nicer but equally horrible work hours
"Just a bit more" and it's a difference of >5 lakhs
Only a few teams bill that much, and those that do are extremely toxic. Also the base pay is low throughout scales.
everyone except disputes/ real estate/ tax bills that much, even more if you are in the right competition or corp team

ofc the base pay is low, why would they pay SA salaries to associates by increasing the base pay??
probably not at vakil house and ansal plaza, but at wtc and olp, we do (wink wink)
Olp has extremely toxic cultures in teams from what my friend tells me, also why can't they just shift to owc like the others, olp is so far away from the nearest station,
18 + 5/6 + 4.5 = 26-30 lakhs

know an a2 who billed a crore so straight up 8 lakhs bill share
Just 18+6 is 24 so thats like 2 lpm for a 2 PQE holy shit, why dont more people join jsa?
Must be a mumbai corp team, no way a b&f team/ tech law team is billing that
this was in a mumbai bnf team couple of years back (at least that i know) they didn’t make it sound too unusual
24-26(fixed) + 8-10 (bill share) + 10 (bonus) = 42 lakhs around
wtf this has to be a lie or just the pay in one or two exceptional bill teams
