I ask my juniors to pay me 1 L p.m in order enter my chambers and collect their work ..
You explained the whole genesis of litigation since it's inception.
A number of Senior Advocates in the Delhi High Court have now started paying their juniors in six figures, and it seems that only the Delhi High Court is the one to do so. I personally know at least 7 Senior Advocates here who are paying their juniors handsomely.
My juniors have to pay me to be able to be my junior
It is widely known that Ritin Rai pays six figures. As does Rajshekhar Rao.
I guess that should correlate to how much value they derive from the juniors. I hope. Fair pay is key.
How is it even relevant? Why would it matter? Also, its only in Delhi that juniors are paid. Go to other places, they don't pay the juniors and yet the juniors turn out to be great
Personally know a lawyer who makes 20 crore + in madras high court. Pays his juniors Rs. 15K
I'm sure we all saw that affidavit showing Abhishek Manu Singhvi's wealth and more than 300cr + income every year, or even kapil sibal's floated fees chart in the past.
This surely puts forward a question, how much do these best advocates of our country pay their junior?
