This is a fantastic development as it aims to expand India's push towards the adoption of technology-driven justice, enabling convergence between cyber forensics, digital evidence analysis, and legal adjudication. The IDDRC, the first of its kind in India, established under the aegis of the School of Law, Forensic Justice and Policy Studies, will facilitate dispute resolution relating to e-commerce/digital commerce transactions, fintech operations, cybersecurity breaches, data protection issues, and smart contracts.
Only NFSU could have done something like this.
