2. Practice in front of a mirror first. Then practice around maybe a trusted friend, family member etc. Alternatively, if that's not available to you, practice recording yourself - both on audio and video.
3. Adding on from 2 above, repeatedly practice. Religiously. Every day. Make sure your tongue is accustomed to moving in the way it should to get out the specific words and phrases, combinations of words, and/or combinations of words and phrases you need to be saying. The tongue is very much like the fingers. I perform classical music on the piano regularly and give speeches regularly. Both fingers and tongue, from my experience, need no end of practice to make sure they are correctly doing what they are supposed to do on the big day.
4. Your fear is not unique by any means. It isn't that somehow others are magically not afraid. You have to do this despite your fear - that's what everybody is doing as well.
