I am a 2024 law graduate and have been practicing since July last year (litigation experience similar to that of a fresher). Although my office handles both civil and criminal matters, I feel that my practical exposure in either area has been somewhat limited so far.
I would like to seek guidance from those who have previously appeared for the SEBI Grade A examination and successfully cleared the first phase. I have a few questions regarding the examination:
What kind of questions are generally asked in the paper?
What level of preparation is typically required?
Are the questions mostly general in nature, or do they require in-depth knowledge of statutes and specific provisions?
Are the questions particularly difficult, or are they based on commonly used provisions of law?
Is it possible to clear the examination with limited preparation and a basic understanding of law?
I would really appreciate any insights or experiences you can share.
