Even post increase in salary LKS stands nowhere close to any tier 1 firm.
For instance the remuneration offered to A0 at LKS is 14 LPA + Bonus (at max 1/1.5 lakh) which is nowhere close to SAM (20 lakhs), Khaitan (22.5 lakhs), Trilegal (19.5 lakhs).
Moreover the salary growth trajectory at LKS is much slower than any other firm (leave tier 1 firms).
