Also is working as a Law Clerk in the NCLT or any other semi autonomous Judicial bodies counted? Or is only law clerk under HC or SC judges counted?
I also looked at State Public Prosecutor exams but looks like they aren't held annually and the next set of exams are 1-2yrs later.
I'm deliberating what my best choice of action is. Should I join a litigation firm or try applying to Gen Corp teams? I reckon the actual work involved won't be too difficult to learn minus the hectic schedule. But then I'll have to close Judiciary as a career path.
As a last option i can do an LLM and prepare for govt exams.
Which would work out as a better career path with actual progression?
Please help me out.
